Originating at Peņas Blancas, La Pavona River, with its year-round waters, forms a 300 ft. waterfall at the cliffs above San Rafael.

Clean and unperturbed, La Pavona slowly winds the wildlife inhabited forests on its way down to and through the property.

     


A mild climate with lower temperatures at night and well-defined daylight hours provides the necessary conditions for the homogeneous ripening of the beans, which are harvested between the months of November and February.
